- Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the porch.
- Nothing illegal allowed anywhere on premises!
- You must tidy up & take out the trash upon leaving.
Race-week rates
$180/night - This includes lodging for up to two, and requires a minimum stay of two nights. A 3rd and 4th guest may stay for an additional $25/night each. (A roll-away bed and sleeping mats are included in the apartment, and there's always the couch.
Payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Off-race rates
We will consider stays of any length throughout the rest of the year, and offer discounts for longer stays. Please inquire if you desire a quote, providing us with the anticipated dates of your arrival and departure, and the number in your party.
